  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items.

  3. Package Securely: Place the product in its original packaging along with any accessories and documentation. Make sure it is well-packed to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.
  5. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your package, our quality team will inspect the product. If approved, we will initiate your refund, replacement, or store credit.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. The type of refund depends on your original method of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds take 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • UPI, Wallets, or Net Banking: 3–7 business days.
  • PayPal or International Payments: 7–14 business days.

Refunds will always be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise requested and approved.

Please note: Shipping fees, handling charges, and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).


4. Exchanges

7. Store Credits

Instead of a refund, you may choose store credits as a flexible option for future purchases.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
  • If you choose store credits, they will be applied to your account once the return is approved.

8. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defect, or damage).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
  • ShopRushly.online will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

9. Non-Returnable Items
